Maintenance Station should also charge golems

Just a quality of life thing. Also it kind of makes sense that a mechanic would charge the golem while doing maintenance work on it.

Just noticed that the golem is in fact recharged, when it leaves the building. But it can be out of energy while in the building causing a warning about a golem being out of energy
