Slow mouse clicks and stuttering graphics

Mouse click responses are really slow, definitely not immediate.

Also all the graphics are stuttering and halting - like watching a flip book one page at a time.

Well, nevermind, this was a graphics driver issue. Everything is smooth sailing now.
