Add a tag to make some buildings have employment priority, I need pumps and farms to be employed at higher priory than mills. I would like to see an option to make sure certain buildings are always staffed.

Agreed!    It's harder to come back from a drought when I have to go close and pause all the various mills, because the pump operator has died of thirst ... and to have one beaver come in to the pump "Hey, it's not my job to pump water" (dies of thirst) (shortly thereafter happens to 10 others)

Like the checkbox for haulers to prioritize the pump, I'd like also elsewhere employed beavers to staff said pump!
